Aeromatic 1912 Automatic Aviator Watch with Black Strap #A1418The Aeromatic A1418 is an aviator watch with easy to read luminous hour markers and white minute markers both on the outer and inner dial. The distinctive hour, minute and seconds hands are luminous and contrast nicely off the black dial. A date window is provided at the 3:00 position and it can be set with the easy-grip onion-style crown. Inside is a 22-jewel automatic, self-winding movement that is viewable via an exhibition case back.Note: The inner 0-60 time scale is backwards on purpose for use with a Sextant. It is in keeping with the dial design used in WWII.
